Summary	:	He/ She will assist Head - H R in all H R activities such as: Assistance in recruitment, selection and induction, looking after routine H R matters such as attendance systems, leave administration, maintaining employee records etc, assistance in conceptualizing and organizing in house functional training programmes and management development programmes, performance appraisal processes and compensation reviews etc.

Design Manager / Design Executives
Vacancy Date	:	Feb 15, 2005
Summary	:	He/she should have 8-9 years work experience in product design and styling preferably in appliances/automobile Industry. He/she should be proficient in sketching skills, graphics, colour rendition, etc. He/she should be proficient in design and engineering design software, Pro-E, Alias Studio, Corel, etc. Some exposure to manufacturing process in Plastic Injection Moulding, Sheet Metal fabrication and processing or surface treatment process like painting, powder coating, plating, anodizing, etc would be a distinct advantage.

Managers/Asst. Managers/Shift Engineers

Summary	:	The responsibility includes managing/supervising the production of Transmission Towers, Highmasts, Telecom Towers, etc., Production Planning and Scheduling, Pre-production of Transmission Towers, Hot Dip Galvanising, etc. While the Manager/Asst. Manager would work in general shift, the Shift Engineers will have to manage production and related activities in shifts.
