1.Asst Manager/Manager Tendering- Special Projects


Role Requires


Education –


B.E / Diploma in Electrical Engineering


Experience- 3-8 yrs


Location - Mumbai


Role Requires


  • Review of enquiries/ tenders & resolve technical queries of client
  • Cost estimation and tendering for various projects in Illumination lighting, Power distribution, sub station packages, working out detailed cost analysis for supply and execution.
  • Float enquiries on vendors/labour contractors at tender stage. Negotiations with vendors. Endorse QAP/drawings of vendors for approval of with various clients.
  • Coordination with designer, prepare design schemes & work out bill of quantities.
  • Coordination with accounts and finance department for commercial issues and billing.

Key Competencies


  • Sound knowledge of prevailing taxes & commercial issues in Projects.
  • Knowledge of related product standards
  • Project Management, Product development, Vendor assessment & good at Negotiation skills
  • Should have knowledge of competition and market.

 

2.Territory Sales In charge – Morphy Richards


Role Requires


Education


Graduation: Mandatory.(Any stream)


Post Graduation: Preferably an MBA in Sales & Marketing.


Experience 2-4 yrs


Location - Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur (Pune Upcountry), Ahmedabad, Indore, Raipur, Nagpur.


Job Description


  • To achieve Sales targets directly, through distributors and Sales Personnel of the distributor.
  • To execute the distribution plan of the territory.
  • To maintain and nurture good business relations with distributors and retail trade partners.
  • To forecast Sales and set targets per distributor.
  • To accompany distributor Sales personnel for order booking on rotational basis (2 weeks / month ) on a pre-determined cycle.

To investigate and monitor retail outlets contribution per distributor in order to achieve the required outlet share and retail objectives


  • To provide product knowledge and on-the-job training to distributor Sales personnel.
  • To provide monthly report on each distributor in the territory.
  • To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes / offerings and product quality and reliability.

  • Introducing new products to dealers, implementing new marketing plans.
  • Product merchandising
  • Data Accountability & updating
  • Selection, training and performance reviews of the Dealer Sales Executives

  • Liaising with architects to understand client specific requirements
  • Institutional Sales / Gov. Offices / Generate Orders.
