| Bajaj Electricals Limited – Ranjangaon Factory is one of India’s
leading Manufacturer and Galvanizer capable of undertaking Hot Dip Galvanizing
of various types of components such as structural steel elements, rebars,
sections, pipes and tubes of any length upto 12.50 metres, designed, fabricated
and tested as per international standards, with world class quality workmanship.
Bajaj - Ranjangaon Factory has established and applies an Environmental
Management System conforming to ISO 14001 / EN ISO 14001 Standards for
Manufacturing and & Galvanizing of Highmasts & its accessories,
Transmission & other Tower Structures, Poles and Sheet Metal Items.
Bajaj - Ranjangaon Factory has a sophisticated fabrication shop as well
as India’s Largest Radio Remote controlled – Tunnel Enclosed
Galvanising Bath, having dimensions of 13M-LX2.5M-DX1.3M-W, which holds
close to 300 Tons of molten Zinc at 450?C round the clock. The Galvanising
plant is imported from GIMECO, Italy and has installed Capacity of 30,000
Tons per Annum. The Environment friendly Galvanising plant meets the European
Pollution Control Norms as per EURO – II Standards.
To cater to the various needs of the indigenous / overseas industries,
number of critical machines have been imported from world-renowned suppliers.
With this array of cutting, shearing, bending machines it is possible
to manufacture various sections with the necessary close tolerances, making
it one of India’s finest manufacturing facilities.
With the dedicated in-house facilities for design & engineering and
established world-class manufacturing and galvanizing set up at Ranjangaon,
we are in a position to undertake design and manufacturing of a wide range
of Galvanized components.
The key machines include:
- 1000 Tons Press Brake from LVD Belgium having capacity to bend 12-meter
long section in single stroke.
- CNC Profile Cutting Machine, with technology from Messers- Germany,
with provision to connect Plasma cutting attachment.
- Angle Punching Machines from Ficep-Italy - 3 Nos.
Automatic SAW welding machines with specially designed positioners /
manipulators from Bode – U.K. Other Machines include Press Brakes,
Straightening M/c, Shearing M/c., Hydraulic Press, Pole Swaging &
Bending M/c etc as well as 12 numbers of EOT cranes, Vacuum Plate Lifting
Machine.

Bajaj Electricals Limited – Ranjangaon Factory’s manufacturing
and galvanizing facilities and credentials have been acknowledged by key
organizations like PGCIL, BHEL, MSEB, WBSEB, CORE, EIL, Lloyds, etc. and
they have registered us as their approved vendor. Major orders have been
executed and are currently under execution for supplying fabricated &
galvanized lattice & tubular type structures for various applications
to esteemed clients like SPIC-SMO, Best & Crompton, IDEA Cellular
Limited, Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited, Techno Electric Co., Reliance Infocom,
Tata Telecom Limited, Tata Projects Limited, Suzlon, etc.
Bajaj – E & P BU & Ranjangaon Factory heralded their entry
into the Transmission Line Towers Business having received prestigious
orders from SPIC-SMO as well as Best & Crompton for 48,000 Tons. Approvals
& orders have also been received for setting up of transmission lines
on a turnkey basis from MSEB, Suzlon, etc.
We are extremely confident of meeting clients / consultants requirements
of design, manufacture and supply of galvanized components. We can cater
to requirements of Transmission Line Towers, Highmasts, Street Furniture,
Octagonal Poles, Swaged & Welded Poles, custom built fabricated &
galvanized steel structures and also carry out galvanizing on job work basis
for items such as rebars, pipes, angles, channels, flats, etc.
