Long Service Awards
Every year on 14th July which happens to be our Founder’s Day, we
felicitate employees of the Company with Long Service and Retirement Awards.
Employees are categorised into 15 Years Long Service Award Recipients, 25 Years
Long Service Award Recipients and Retiring Employees. This function is held at
Mumbai.
Welfare Trust
Over and above various perks that are available we have formed a
Welfare Trust which provides reimbursement of medical expenses for self and
dependent. This Trust also meets the loan requirement of Staff, Officers and
Executives for housing needs.
Social Responsibility of Business Fund
We have also created a "Social Responsibility of Business Fund" to
provide Scholarship to employees and children for higher education subject to
certain excellence in academic performance. Under the same scheme we also
provide medical assistance to employees’ dependents.
Emergency Assistance
Likewise in certain special cases, in case of death of any
employee in harness, we provide financial assistance to the family of the
deceased to tide over the financial crisis.
