He/ She will assist Head - H R in all H R activities such as: Assistance in recruitment, selection and induction, looking after routine H R matters such as attendance systems, leave administration, maintaining employee records etc, assistance in conceptualizing and organizing in house functional training programmes and management development programmes, performance appraisal processes and compensation reviews etc.
The job profile also involves some amount of industrial relations work in Mumbai offices and assistance to manufacturing operations.
An ideal candidate will posses post graduation degree in H R Management from a well recognized business school and will have about 7 to 8 years experience in a mid sized organization both in H R and I R.
Exposure to H R I S will be a distinct advantage. |
