Papaya Shake

A refreshing and rejuvenating drink to enjoy, Papaya Shake is rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Prepared in minutes, this healthy and smooth shake is super delicious and is the perfect beverage for every morning.

Ingredients:

  • Papaya, chopped – 1 cup
  • Cold milk – 1 cup
  • Ice cubes – 2
  • Honey/Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder (optional) – 1 pinch
  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
Step 1: Chop the papaya into pieces by discarding its seeds and skin. It is advisable to choose a ripe papaya which has an orange skin and a sweet aroma.

Step 2:  Combine all the ingredients (mentioned above) except the black pepper powder and cinnamon powder in a Bajaj Mixer Grinder and blend it to make a thick shake. Do not add water to the mixture.

Step 3: Add ice cubes and blend again for 30 secs.

Step 4: Pour the prepared Papaya Shake in a serving glass.

Step 5: Sprinkle cinnamon powder and black pepper powder and serve.
