Well, this is a no-brainer! Smoothies and juices are a refreshing way to indulge in summer fruits. Mix them with yogurt and just say no to sugar. Try whipping together unusual combinations in a Juicer to find your personal favourites.
2. Is It Fruit Sandwich or Frandwich?

Who doesn’t love pancakes? And who doesn’t know how to make them?? Just mash and add bananas to your regular pancake mixture, then cook them on a Non-Stick Tawa, and you are done. Healthy, filling, and darn good!

Grilled pineapples make an enjoyable dessert without loading on the empty calories. All you need to do is coat the pineapple pieces in honey, butter, hot pepper sauce or grinded pepper and salt. 8. It Takes Mango to Salsa!

10. Fried And Glazed - Need We Say More?
This one will knock your socks off! Simply heat butter/ghee/coconut oil in a pan, fry the banana slices on both sides for a couple of minutes, then take it off the pan and drizzle with honey and cinnamon powder.
11. Top Up Your Dessert!
Be it a cake, tart, waffle, ice cream, whipped cream or some other sinful dessert, fruits will always come in handy to add some extra flavour and nutrition. You can even puree berries in a Mixer Grinder and use it as a sauce. Amazing in taste and half the calories of any sugar-drenched syrup.
12. Getting Saucy With It!
Now this a classic. Just combine 4-5 apples, ¾ water, ¼ sugar, ½ tsp ground cinnamon together in a pot and cover and cook on medium flame for 15-20 mins. Once the apples are soft, use a food processor to mash it well. Your out-of-this-world apple sauce is now ready!
13. A Summer Miracle – The Fruit Popsicle!
Sweltering heat demands some ice pops. Make some flavoursome watermelon popsicles by simply blending watermelon, granulated sugar and lemon together in a Hand Blender and pouring into the moulds. You can even use other fruits like kiwi or mango.
14. Perfect Your Parfait!
Take a mason jar and layer it up with 1 spoon yogurt, 1 spoon berries, then 1 spoon granola. Repeat the process till the mason jar is full. Goodness of berries in such a tempting form!
15. When Even Detoxing is Delish!
Don’t want any drama with your fruits? Well then, just slice them up and add them in water. Carry this infused water with you all day for a vitamin fix. If only life could be this simple!
