The Challenge

One of premium residential building in south Mumbai, expectations from solutions being very high as we are addressing needs to premium customers who want ultimate convenience and uptime with great level of service and support for more than 300 families with varied expectations. The Project is one of its kind as benchmarks or norms are not defined for Automation in case of Residential Buildings. Fortunately now Mumbai High Rise committee has defined BMS as essential service for any High Rise building (21 Floors and above). This tool has to provide snap shot/control room environment for the building’s, security, life safety, energy efficiency & common control platform at one place to monitor all systems of the building.

The Solution

Bajaj Electricals has installed the Delta Controls make of Building management system and energy management system for a single window integration of all the services that have been provided in the premises. They have also integrated the safety systems like fire alarm system and fire fighting system to ensure safety of all the occupants. They are also controlling lighting through BMS on this project to ensure energy optimisation and improving energy efficiency of the building.

The Outcome

A truly integrated building with a single window solution for all the systems that are running in the building.
